400;\">\u5206\u5a29\u4f24\u5bb3\u7d22\u8d54\u65e8\u5728\u4e3a\u60a8\u6216\u60a8\u7684\u5b69\u5b50\u5728\u5206\u5a29\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u906d\u53d7\u7684\u4f24\u5bb3\u5bfb\u6c42\u8d54\u507f\u3002\u5728\u4e13\u4e1a\u7684\u533b\u7597\u62a4\u7406\u4e0b\uff0c\u5206\u5a29\u672c\u5e94\u662f\u987a\u5229\u7684\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u5206\u5a29\u5e76\u53d1\u75c7\u90fd\u5e94\u63d0\u524d\u505a\u597d\u51c6\u5907\uff0c\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6216\u60a8\u7684\u5b69\u5b50\u56e0 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pbnlitigation.ie\/zh\/medical-negligence\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u533b\u7597\u8fc7\u5931<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u62e5\u6709\u51fa\u751f\u4f24\u5bb3\u7d22\u8d54\u3002.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u51fa\u751f\u635f\u4f24\u7d22\u8d54\u53ef\u80fd\u9488\u5bf9\u7684\u662f\u5a74\u513f\u80a9\u90e8\u9aa8\u6298\u3001\u80a2\u4f53\u65ad\u88c2\u3001\u6bcd\u4eb2\u5728\u5206\u5a29\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u53d7\u5230\u7684\u795e\u7ecf\u635f\u4f24\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u8111\u762b\u6216\u521b\u4f24\u6027\u8111\u635f\u4f24\u7b49\u7ec8\u8eab\u75be\u75c5\u3002\u6b7b\u4ea7\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u7531\u533b\u7597\u758f\u5931\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c31\u5176\u5bf9\u60a8\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u63d0\u51fa\u51fa\u751f\u635f\u4f24\u7d22\u8d54\u3002.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u533b\u7597\u758f\u5931\u662f\u6307\u533b\u7597\u62a4\u7406\u6c34\u5e73\u4f4e\u4e8e\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u533b\u7597\u4e13\u4e1a\u4eba\u5458\u5728\u7c7b\u4f3c\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u6240\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u533b\u7597\u4e13\u4e1a\u4eba\u5458\u7684\u62a4\u7406\u4e0b\u906d\u53d7\u75db\u82e6\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u63d0\u51fa\u533b\u7597\u758f\u5931\u8d54\u507f\u7d22\u8d54*\u3002.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4f4d\u4e8e\u90fd\u67cf\u6797\u7684 PBN \u8bc9\u8bbc\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u62e5\u6709\u5904\u7406\u5404\u7c7b\u533b\u7597\u4e8b\u6545\u7d22\u8d54*\u7684\u4e13\u4e1a\u77e5\u8bc6\u548c\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u7ecf\u9a8c\u3002\u5728\u60a8\u7d22\u8d54\u5206\u5a29\u635f\u4f24\u758f\u5ffd*\u7684\u5168\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u4e00\u8def\u966a\u4f34\u60a8\uff0c\u4e3a\u60a8\u4e89\u53d6\u5e94\u5f97\u7684\u8d54\u507f\u3002. 400;\">\u5206\u5a29\u635f\u4f24\u662f\u6307\u5a74\u513f\u6216\u4ea7\u5987\uff08\u67d0\u4e9b\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u4e24\u8005\u7686\u6709\uff09\u5728\u5206\u5a29\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u906d\u53d7\u4f24\u5bb3\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5206\u5a29\u635f\u4f24\u662f\u7531\u4e8e\u533b\u7597\u8fc7\u5931\u9020\u6210\u7684\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u56e0\u533b\u7597\u64cd\u4f5c\u4e0d\u5f53\u5bfc\u81f4\u5a74\u513f\u624b\u81c2\u9aa8\u6298\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u6743\u63d0\u51fa\u5206\u5a29\u635f\u4f24\u7d22\u8d54*\u3002.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728\u533b\u7597\u758f\u5ffd\u6848\u4ef6\u4e2d\uff0c\u5206\u5a29\u635f\u4f24\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\uff1a <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u60a8\u7684\u5b9d\u5b9d\u51fa\u751f\u65f6\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u4f34\u6709\u51fa\u751f\u7f3a\u9677\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e0e\u4ea7\u4f24\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u51fa\u751f\u7f3a\u9677\u4e5f\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u5148\u5929\u6027\u7578\u5f62\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u57fa\u56e0\u7f3a\u9677\u3001\u5507\u88c2\u3001\u80a2\u4f53\u7578\u5f62\u3001\u5fc3\u810f\u7f3a\u9677\u6216\u810a\u67f1\u88c2\u3002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5bf9\u8fd1\u671f\u5206\u5a29\u635f\u4f24\u7d22\u8d54\u6848\u4ef6*\u7684\u56de\u987e\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d77%\u8d77\u6848\u4ef6\u5b58\u5728\u5206\u5a29\u5ef6\u8bef\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u3002\u5728\u7231\u5c14\u5170\uff0c58%\u540d\u906d\u53d7\u5206\u5a29\u635f\u4f24\u7684\u5a74\u513f\u5728\u5206\u5a29\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7ecf\u5386\u4e8630\u5206\u949f\u6216\u66f4\u957f\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u5ef6\u8bef\u3002 \u5728\u6b64\u6b21\u8c03\u67e5\u4e2d\uff0c47%\u540d\u60a3\u6709\u5206\u5a29\u635f\u4f24\u7684\u65b0\u751f\u513f\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u7d27\u6025\u5256\u5bab\u4ea7\u5206\u5a29\u7684\uff0c\u53e6\u670930%\u540d\u65b0\u751f\u513f\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u4ea7\u94b3\u7b49\u5668\u68b0\u8f85\u52a9\u5206\u5a29\u7684\u3002.
